In a poll of 'Sexiest Female Vampires' or the actresses who portrayed them, Moviefone received almost two million votes from users picking the sexiest female bloodsuckers from a pool of 16, No. 1 was Salma Hayek, who portrayed the dangerously sexy Santanico Pandemonium in the 1996 movie From Dusk Till Dawn.
